These terms are the agreement between you and Rulead for the Posme app. By downloading or using Posme, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The short version: Posme gives you AI pose guidance. A shot buys one pose guide; the real photos you take are free and yours. Be decent — don't photograph people without their consent, and don't misuse the app. We provide it as-is and can't promise a specific result.
1. Who can use Posme
You must be at least 13 to use Posme, and old enough to make a valid purchase in your country (or have a parent or guardian's consent). By using it, you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Posme for your own use, subject to these terms and the app-store terms you accepted. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or build a competing service from the app.
3. Shots, subscriptions, and billing
- One shot = one AI pose guide. Once you have a guide, the real photos you shoot against it are unlimited and free.
- A request that fails or times out does not spend a shot.
- Posme is sold as a subscription. Each plan includes an allowance of shots for the month and renews automatically — billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you pick — until you cancel it.
- All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your store account, and refunds follow that store's policy.
- Prices and plan details may change; changes don't affect a purchase you've already made.
4. Your content
Your photos are yours. Posme keeps captured photos on your device. To generate a pose guide, you grant us and our AI provider a limited license to process the single frame you submit — only to create your result, nothing else.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't photograph or upload images of other people without their consent.
- Don't use Posme for anything illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Don't misrepresent AI-assisted images in a way that deceives or harms others.
6. AI output
Pose guides and cues are generated automatically and are suggestions, not professional advice. Results vary and won't always be perfect. You are responsible for the photos you choose to take, keep, and share.
7. Intellectual property
The Posme app, its name, logo, and design are owned by Rulead and protected by law. These terms don't give you any rights to our brand.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Posme is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using Posme anytime. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the app.
10. Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded Posme from the Apple App Store: this agreement is between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims relating to the app, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a US-embargoed country or on a US restricted-party list.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
