This page explains how to delete your Posme account and the data tied to it.
Fastest way: delete it right in the app — Account → Delete Account. No access to the app anymore? Email us your User ID and we'll delete it for you, within 30 days.
1. Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open Posme and go to the Account screen.
- Tap “Delete Account” and confirm.
- This takes effect immediately.
2. Can't use the app? Email us
On the Account screen, tap the “Identity” section to copy your User ID to your clipboard. Then send it to us using the button below, and we'll delete your account for you.

3. What gets deleted
- Your name, email, phone number, and profile photo are removed.
- Your account is marked anonymous and can no longer be signed into.
As explained in our Privacy Policy, shot-ledger and subscription records tied to the account are kept as a permanent record of grants, spends, and purchases; your account itself is anonymized, not restored.
